1. I think I won, how do I collect my prize?
If you win a prize from FreeLotto®, you will receive an e-mail with the subject line “First Name, Last Name, YOU HAVE WON!”
Every day you receive FreeLotto®’s daily results email. This message will list the games you played, the numbers you have matched and the amount, if any, you have won. The FreeLotto® daily results email is the sole notification of any prize won and prize winners must claim the prize by following the instructions found within the daily results email.
In a typical month we process in excess of 25,000 prizes ranging from $1.00 to $10,000,000.00. Like any lottery or lottery-style free sweepstakes, you have to play to win. When you play FreeLotto® you will receive a play confirmation email. This message will have a subject line that reads “FreeLotto Confirmation “TSN” ########”. The play confirmation email will contain your Transaction Serial Number (TSN) which you will need to provide when you attempt to claim a prize.
In summary: You can’t win if you didn’t play and if you won, it’s your responsibility to claim your prize in accordance with the rules.

Game 4 – FastCash Jackpot
• Grand Prize: Win $10,000.00 by matching 6 of 6 numbers.
Game 5 – $100,000 GiveAway
• Grand Prize: Win $100,000.00 by matching 6 of 6 numbers.
Game 6 – SuperBucks Jackpot
• Grand Prize: Win $10,000,000.00 by matching 7 of 7 numbers
3. How do I Play?
You can play all six games once each day. Just pick your numbers in each game and register your Freebet® by clicking on a banner or answering a question to the right of the gameboard. After you play FreeLotto®, you become eligible to play the supplementary games: FreeLotto® Win a Car, FreeLotto® Pay-Off-Your-Mortgage, FreeLotto® FastCash, FreeLotto® $100,000.00 GiveAway, and FreeLotto® SuperBucks. For additional information, click on “Rules” at the top of our website.
4. What is a TSN (Transaction Serial Number)?
A TSN (Transaction Serial Number) is issued each and every time you play a FreeLotto® game. As the name implies, it is the play transaction that generates the TSN number and the TSN number is required to claim your prize. Each time a customer plays, we send a play confirmation email containing the TSN. Customers are able to view their TSN for a thirty (30) day period from the date of play on our website.
5. What is a PIN number?
PIN numbers are a unique algorithmically generated secure identifier of each member and are used so that when prizes are won, we are certain to issue the correct prize to the correct winner. Please do not confuse your PIN number with a TSN which is generated each time you play a game.
6. Am I eligible to play FreeLotto®?
FreeLotto® is available worldwide with a few exceptions: Florida, New York, Iowa, Rhode Island, Missouri, Puerto Rico, Province of Quebec, Afghanistan, Argentina, Cuba, Dominican Republic, Egypt, Ghana, India, Indonesia, Iran, Islamic Republic of, Iraq, Korea, Democratic People’s Republic of, Libyan Arab Jamahiriya, Morocco, Nepal, Niger, Nigeria, Peru, Puerto Rico, Sudan and any countries that are included on the United States of America Department of State “Trading with the Enemies Countries” list, may also be null and void. Void where prohibited.
7. Why is FreeLotto® not available in these places?
In some cases, FreeLotto® is not available because the US State Department does not permit us to do business in countries found on the “Trading with the Enemies Countries” list. In other cases, we do not have advertisers wanting to reach those places. Finally, in other cases the costs to comply with local regulations are prohibitive and thus exclude these places.
8. Why can’t I play FreeLotto®?
In order to play, you must be subscribed to receive FreeLotto® emails. You may have become ineligible to play FreeLotto® if you did one of the following:
1) You may have requested that your ISP (Internet Service Provider) block emails to you from FreeLotto®, which unsubscribed you from receiving emails;
2) You may have clicked on the link stating, “If you’d prefer not to receive the results by e-mail please click below to unsubscribe:”, which would have unsubscribed you from receiving emails;
3) You may have requested to be unsubscribed from receiving FreeLotto® emails from our customer service department.
4) You may have clicked on the “Confirm Unsubscribe” button within your player profile unsubscribing you from emails.
To become eligible to play FreeLotto® again, just click on the link below:
9. Why am I not receiving my play confirmation e-mail and what should I do?
If you received an onscreen confirmation including a TSN but no e-mail confirmation, there may be a temporary delay in the communication between e-mail servers. If you never receive e-mail confirmations, there may be an error in the e-mail address you gave us. (See change of address below.) Also from time to time, some e-mail services are unable to deliver all of the mail they receive. However, this is not a problem. You can always retrieve the TSN for any game played within the last thirty (30) days in the “See the Results” section on our website. This is important because you will need your TSN to claim any prizes you win.
If you did not receive an onscreen confirmation after placing your Freebet® :
a) Make sure your Freebet® gets registered. You must click on one of the advertiser’s banners or answer the question to the right of the gameboard in order to register. Look at the top of the page. Wait for the clock to stop turning. Your TSN will appear. Play the next game. Do you see the number of games left to play decreasing? It tells you, after your first Freebet of the day, that you are 2 games away from playing FreeLotto® SuperBucks then 1, etc.
b) Sometimes an advertiser’s page covers the entire screen and obscures our confirmation information. If that happens, put your cursor at the top of the advertiser’s page and drag the top of it a little lower to reveal a turning clock. Wait for the clock to stop. A confirmation # will appear as well as a Click To Play button. Click to proceed to the next game.
10. Why am I not receiving my Results e-mail and what should I do?
Important: An e-mail from FreeLotto can be worth as much as $10 Million and it is your responsibility that your e-mail address is up to date to receive messages from us. If you play FreeLotto, we will always send your Results, but we are not responsible for your e-mail service provider delivering them to you.
In an effort to make certain that everyone receives the Results, there is a place in the “Edit Player Profile” section on our website (see menu on top) where you can register an alternate e-mail address. By doing this, we will send you Results e-mails to both e-mail addresses.
If you have played our games you are subscribed to receive the results e-mails. We send them out each night after the drawings. If you are not receiving the Results, there may be a few reasons why:
• Some companies (work places) block all game e-mails.
• Some e-mail providers block multiple messages arriving to a mailbox at the same time.
• Some e-mail providers block all messages from particular domains.
• Some players have accidentally blocked e-mails coming from email@example.com. Please check the filter setting in your browser.
One easy alternative is to sign up for a free Internet e-mail account, such as Yahoo or Hotmail. It is easy to change your e-mail address with FreeLotto® by clicking on “Edit Player Profile” at the top of our gameboard page. Now you can see your results and the numbers you played for the last 30 days, as well as your confirmation numbers (TSN). Simply visit our website at www.freelotto.com and login with your username. Click on “See the Results” near the top of the page. Then choose the date you would like to view and you will see the results and the numbers you played, as well as your TSN numbers.
11. How do I unsubscribe from FreeLotto emails?
Each e-mail we send includes a description of the simple unsubscribe process to enable you to stop receiving future e-mails of that type from FreeLotto®. You may unsubscribe from each e-mail type this way. For example, unsubscribing from a daily results e-mail will result in you no longer receiving the daily FreeLotto® results. However, you may continue to receive other types of e-mail to which you can unsubscribe in the same fashion.
If you wish to stop receiving e-mail results from PlasmaNet, Inc. and FreeLotto.com, you can quickly and easily unsubscribe yourself. To do so, open a ‘Results’ e-mail and scroll down to the line that reads: “If you prefer not to receive the results by e-mail, please click below to unsubscribe” and ‘click’.
If you wish to no longer receive any e-mail from FreeLotto®, simply visit the Edit Player Profile page of our website and click on the box “I no longer wish to receive any e-mails from FreeLotto®”.
If you unsubscribe from all e-mails from FreeLotto®, you will no longer be eligible to play FreeLotto® and win. If you play FreeLotto® subsequent to unsubscribing from all e-mails, you are giving PlasmaNet Inc. definite permission to resubscribe you to all mail types and your subscription to receiving email results and other promotions will be automatically reinstated. This is necessary because of the substantial amount of money you can win. Your prize notifications are sent via email and it is important to respond to these e-mails to claim any prizes won. Furthermore, it is the sponsor that makes FreeLotto® prizes possible and in order to play our games you must agree to receive our sponsored messages.
12. What is the F.A.S.T. Subscription Service?
FreeLotto® F.A.S.T. is a subscription service pursuant to which your selected numbers are automatically played in all six games each day. The F.A.S.T. subscription service is optional and not required in order for you to play FreeLotto. Although your chances or odds of winning a given FreeLotto game are not increased or bettered with F.A.S.T., it is the best way to ensure that you have that chance to win every day. With your F.A.S.T. subscription, we automatically check your numbers for you. You never have to worry about forgetting to play or losing a ticket. When you win, we even automatically process a prize claim for you, ensuring that you receive your prize. You will be charged a service fee, as set forth in the promotional material. The service charge will be automatically renewed every 30 days unless you decide to cancel your subscription.
13. I have a question regarding my FAST account. What should I do?
Please write to FAST@FreeLotto.com and one of our Customer Service Representatives will be happy to assist you in addressing your F.A.S.T. inquiries.
14. How can I change my mailing address or e-mail address?
You can easily change this information by clicking on “Edit Player Profile” while you are on our gameboard page (after you login as the username you wish to change). Follow the instructions.
15. I forgot my password. What can I do?
The only reason you would need this information is to edit your player profile or to play from a different machine.
a. To Play: You don’t need your username or password to play. Simply click on the button that shows your username. You can also open a results e-mail and click on the line near the bottom that includes the words “LottoPicker/Login” which will bring you to the FreeLotto® game. That will display your username.
b. To make changes to your Player Profile: First login, then click on “forgot password” and your password will be sent to you automatically. If it is not sent to you shortly, you may have entered the wrong username. Please be aware that your username and password are Case Sensitive.
16. How can I see previous results?
You can click on “See the Results” at the top of the gameboard page, scroll down below the current results and choose the date you would like to see.
17. I won. How can I claim my prize?
Forward your Results email to PrizeClaim@FreeLotto.com showing the win. The subject line of this e-mail must only contain your FreeLotto® confirmation number (Transaction Serial Number TSN). In the body of your e-mail, please include your first name, last name, address, phone number, and birth date. If for some reason you have not received the results, send a new e-mail with the information described above to PrizeClaim@FreeLotto.com .
You can also see your Results from the menu bar at the top of our FreeLotto® website as well as your Confirmation numbers (TSN) and the numbers you played. You will also see how many numbers you have matched to the winning numbers. Click on “See the Results” at the top of the gameboard page. Then choose the date you would like to view. Your prize claim e-mail must be received by us within 30 days of your win. For complete instructions, please click on ‘Rules’ on the menu bar at the top of the FreeLotto® website and refer to Rule #4.
Once you have properly submitted your prize claim, this is what will happen next: Game 1: Classic FreeLotto® Grand prize $1,000,000 winners (6 of 6 match) and second prize $300 winners (5 of 6 match) will receive a letter by mail from PlasmaNet, Inc., with a winner’s affidavit and publicity release. Fill in the information needed, have the affidavit notarized, and mail it back to us. Third prize $5 winners (4 of 6 match) and fourth prize $1 winners (3 of 6 match) will receive an e-mail to confirm that we have received and processed the claim. This e-mail will give you an option to either receive a check for your win, or to donate it to one of twenty three (23) worthy charities. If you choose to receive your $1 or $5 win, a check will automatically be mailed to you in about 60 days.
Games 2 – 6: Win A Car, Pay Off Your Mortgage, FastCash, $100,000.00 GiveAway and SuperBucks. After you have submitted your claim, you will receive a letter by mail from PlasmaNet, Inc. with a winner’s affidavit and publicity release which needs to be notarized and returned to PlasmaNet, Inc. There are no secondary prizes in these games.
18. Why do I have to pay if FreeLotto is free?
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO PLAY.
You do not have to pay. FreeLotto® is and has always been free to play. FreeLotto® F.A.S.T. is a subscription service offering automatic game entries and automatic prize payment processing for a monthly service charge, as set forth in the promotional material. While we offer a subscription service, it is not mandatory – FreeLotto® is free to play.
19. Is FreeLotto® legal?
The FreeLotto® games are legal because they are all defined as a sweepstakes and contain a free method of entry. The charge for a FreeLotto® F.A.S.T. subscription is a service fee for the convenience of having your sweepstakes entries played automatically.
20. Why don’t you offer telephone customer service?
Because FreeLotto® is free to play, it is cost prohibitive to offer telephone customer service. However, we do offer answers to all inquiries received by e-mail.
21. Do you share my personal information?
23. English is not my primary language, do you offer customer service in other languages?
Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to offer customer service in English. May we suggest that you use the following website(s) which can translate from most major languages to English and from English to most major languages :
Please note however that we cannot be responsible for any mistranslation through these or any other translation websites.
24. Do people really win prizes?

Hundreds have also won prizes ranging from $10,000 to $100,000 and more than seven (7) million people have won prizes ranging from $1 to $300. We hope you will be one of them soon!
