i have tried to contact the lotto office, Laura, the contact person for free lotto but never got any reply. I have not received any daily winning numbers for the last two and a half months now. I will cancel my subscription but This is not resolved by next week. I actually was trying to cancel it but I can’t even do it. I need answers.
Hi Carmelita. I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble cancelling. If you’re not receiving emails, you may have unsubscribed from our mailing list. If you would like to re-subscribe, you’ll have to create a new account.
If you’re cancelling a FAST subscription, you can do so from an old email! Within your email, click the text: “To edit or change the status of your subscription information, click here.” This will take you to your profile. On your profile click on, “FAST subscription,” then click the “edit” button. You will be prompted to enter your password and then a screen will appear stating, ” “Do you wish to cancel this Account?”, click yes and you’re all done!
